1. General
1.1 NaturaSanat.com and all the other URL’s that are linked to the business shall be referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "the Company" and the purchaser of the products supplied by the Company as "the Customer". The Company shall be deemed as UAB "Pronaturalis", T.Kosciuškos g. 17, 01100 Vilnius, Lithuania.
2. Orders
2.1 To place an order – order forms must be correctly filled out including valid e-mail address.
2.2 All products offered by the Company are available without prescription.
2.3 Upon placing an order the Company sends the confirmation e-mail containing order number.
2.4 The Customer is obliged to collect the order that has already been sent to him.
2.5 Orders paid by bank transfer will be sent only after the payment has been received.
3. Pricing
3.1 All the prices are given with VAT (Value Added Tax).
3.2 If you do have a valid European Community VAT number, total amount on your invoice will not include VAT tax. If you do not have a valid European Community VAT number, total amount on your invoice will include 21% VAT.
3.3 The taxes will be added to the prices at the rate prevailing at the date of the invoice.
3.4 The Customer will be charged for shipping the products to the place of delivery in addition to the price of the ordered product.
4. Shipment
4.1 The Company will endeavour to deliver the products ordered to the Customer within a reasonable time. However, all the delivery dates are approximate.
4.2 All international shipments shall be handled by the Lithuanian Post (Registered, Priority Mail) or the courier service.
4.3 The Customer shall inspect the goods on receipt. All claims for shortage, error, defective material or other damage loss must be made by the customer within 48 hours after the receipt of goods by notifying the Company. If no written report is received within 48 hours, the Customer will be deemed fully to have accepted the delivery.
4.4 Visible damage should be noted on the bill of landing on the receipt of the goods. If goods are signed for as complete, the claim shall be between carrier and the Customer.
4.5 In the event of war, riot, explosion, fire, flood, lockout, shortage of material or labour, or any cause beyond the Company's control, delivery may be dalayed until the events described are terminated and the situation has returned to normal.
5. Return Policy
5.1 Our return policy is only applicable to product(s) purchased online and delivered in the European Union. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by the Company within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
5.2 The goods can be returned only with the Company prior consent. Only approved returns will be accepted. The Company will accept claim in case any product was damaged at delivery. The Company will not accept claim for any other damage.
5.3 The Company will not authorise any return unless the Customer notifies the Company within 14 days of delivery (e.mail: naturasanatherbs@gmail.com).
5.4 Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
5.5 The return item will be sent back at the Customer's expense if the claim is rejected (the damage caused by misuse, wrong storage, etc.).
5.6 The shipping fees for the returned products will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 The Company uses the information the Customer provides when placing an order to complete the order. The Company does not share that information with the outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the order.
6.2 The Company may use the Customer’s e-mail address to communicate with him. If the Customer chooses to register or receive products or materials from the Company, or to otherwise give it personal information, the Company may store some or all of that personal information and use it for marketing research and marketing purposes.
6.3 The Company will never sell the Customer’s personal information to any other party or company. In the event of a criminal investigation or a suspected illegal activity, the Company may be requested by law enforcement agencies to share certain personal information.
