Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 (two) business days after receipt of payment and are shipped through the registered, priotity mail or by courier. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Local taxes, duty and customs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment

You may pay for orders by Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian banks e-banking systems, international payment cards, at Lithuanians press kiosks, and also by worldwide payment systems "PayPal", "Paysera" and "WebMoney".

Our return policy

Our return policy is only applicable to product(s) purchased online and delivered in the European Union, within 14 (fourteen) days from receiving your order.

Please notify our customer service in writing of your wish to cancel your order within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your items by email to naturasanatherbs@gmail.com.

Kindly note the shipping fees for the returned products will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please ensure that the product(s) is in original condition, original packaging and with the original seals. All items must be returned in the original selling condition.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

We recommend you to choose a shipment method that enables tracking. We will not be responsible for the loss of the returned parcel.
